Getting it off your back...

Hey guys!
I hope you have all had a great week! This post is something a little different. Now, as you lot may or may not know, I have anxiety and i've been recently getting stressed out a lot more and not been talking to anyone and i've even broken friends through this week so I thought. I've got to make most of this time, right?! We all have. What is a fun and nice thing to do??? Well here are some ideas:


1. Yoga❤ 
Yoga is something that is fun to do but is also calming and relaxing. It's something i've started taking up and it's a great hobby, I would recommend all my friends and family to do it! What you need to do is find a good quiet spot somewhere. You can choose somewhere in your garden or in your bedroom but I chose to do it in my office room because it is spacious. The next thing you need to is have a speaker or some kind of music source. I personally have my own Zeppelin as I may have mentioned in another post before. It's such a cool thing to have. I got it for my birthday from my brother. Its an also incredibly loud machine and I love it. I got mine in black but you can choose between black or white and i'll also put a link down for you here: Zeppelin Wireless Bowers and Wilkins  
You HAVE to listen to music while doing yoga. A song that is really motivational and passionate is Zara Larsson - This One's For You  you can also listen to Zara's inspiration Queen BShe has some amazing songs too! 

2. Jumping on your bed and dancing to Beyonce and Zara both fabulous people! This kind of thing is my favourite thing to do - ever! I think its amazing and I usually enjoy doing it with my friends! But if not, me and my Music Partner - Noor will do it together and occasionally do a duet during R.E. or History! I love her for that! Big shoutout to her! 


3. Do a face mask!!!!!
OMG I have a thing for face masks! Every week, I have one and they are all soothing and relaxing. I get mine from Lush and I think everyone should try them no matter which gender you are! It's one of the best ideas i've been received. I think it should be done once a week. 



4. The last thing I would also reccomend which is something I usually do on a Friday is have a bath! It's time to cosy up and chill, forget the world. I buy all my bath products from Lush, The Body Shop and much more but those are the main places. A bath is one of the best things to have when stressed out.
