Hey guys, 

me and Param apologise on behalf of updating the blog, we've been super busy and you will be happy to know that its mostly because we are planning more exciting things for our next chapter of ZL4L history! 

We have been spreading the empowering women ZL4L cheer using our pink pen! We decided that it was time where women stepped up in history and stood for themselves and i'm sure Zara would too! Everyday we write on our wrists '#ZL4L empowering women!' and sometimes words that show we are strong powerful and independant. 

Its true girls, we are strong, independant and nothing can stop us. If someone is putting you down like that - it is not right! You can't be put down just because 'You are a girl!' girls are literally the meaning of 'the greatest' and I know every girl here has the guts to stand up to the people putting you down. 

Think about it and why dont you go and stand up for you and your friends too!

WhichDevice?

Hey Guys, 
I decided to put up two posts just to finish off for this month! 
Now something I am very interested in is what you use to play your music and what do you recommend to everyone! Here as listed below are the things I use:

1. My iPhone, the picture down below is my sisters iphone ...

But now I have a new gold one! iPhones have a great sound system but personally I don't find them very loud. But I normally use iTunes or Spotify (doesn't everyone!?) and I use those or I just like to use my earphones which is the sound system I prefer the most out of anything. I think it is a great idea and I love that it works for anyone and everyone! Personally, I think the iPhone is the best company you can go for. I probably think that because i'm very biassed and I grew up with apple through my whole family. Everyone in my family has an iPhone 6/6s except for me which I have an iPhone much smaller only because I am the youngest!

3. An iPad.
I don't know about you guys but I think iPads are very cool ideas and I do listen to music on them a lot. I mostly listen to music on it in the morning when I am getting ready for the day. I feel like the iPad was a very cool idea because it's kind of cute! You can take it away and do your work on it, you can use Netflix and Youtube and take loads of selfies and FaceTime! Soon I will be getting the iPad Mini 4 in Gold to match my phone (obviously!) and I can't wait. It will make blogging so much easier too!

4. The amazing MacBook air!

The MacBook air is a great and powerful device to listen to music on. I have one and I think its one of the best things I own. I only use it for plugging my headphones in and listening to music, blogging, sending emails, skyping my friends, looking at news, using Netflix and watching youtube videos! Personally I would reccomend it to anyone who wants to purchase something a little bit more handy but more on the pricey side.

Getting it off your back...

Hey guys!
I hope you have all had a great week! This post is something a little different. Now, as you lot may or may not know, I have anxiety and i've been recently getting stressed out a lot more and not been talking to anyone and i've even broken friends through this week so I thought. I've got to make most of this time, right?! We all have. What is a fun and nice thing to do??? Well here are some ideas:

1. Yoga❤ 

Yoga is something that is fun to do but is also calming and relaxing. It's something i've started taking up and it's a great hobby, I would recommend all my friends and family to do it! What you need to do is find a good quiet spot somewhere. You can choose somewhere in your garden or in your bedroom but I chose to do it in my office room because it is spacious. The next thing you need to is have a speaker or some kind of music source. I personally have my own Zeppelin as I may have mentioned in another post before. It's such a cool thing to have. I got it for my birthday from my brother. Its an also incredibly loud machine and I love it. I got mine in black but you can choose between black or white and i'll also put a link down for you here: Zeppelin Wireless Bowers and Wilkins  

You HAVE to listen to music while doing yoga. A song that is really motivational and passionate is Zara Larsson - This One's For You  you can also listen to Zara's inspiration Queen B❤ She has some amazing songs too! 

2. Jumping on your bed and dancing to Beyonce and Zara both fabulous people! This kind of thing is my favourite thing to do - ever! I think its amazing and I usually enjoy doing it with my friends! But if not, me and my Music Partner - Noor will do it together and occasionally do a duet during R.E. or History! I love her for that! Big shoutout to her! ❤

3. Do a face mask!!!!!

OMG I have a thing for face masks! Every week, I have one and they are all soothing and relaxing. I get mine from Lush and I think everyone should try them no matter which gender you are! It's one of the best ideas i've been received. I think it should be done once a week. 

4. The last thing I would also reccomend which is something I usually do on a Friday is have a bath! It's time to cosy up and chill, forget the world. I buy all my bath products from Lush, The Body Shop and much more but those are the main places. A bath is one of the best things to have when stressed out. Hanna Larsson and Sweden?!

As you all fellow Zara fans may or may not know, Zara Larsson has a younger sister -  Hanna Larsson. She looks almost exactly like Zara herself and they both look awesome sisters together.

Anyway, so I didn't know Hanna had a voice before but I didn't know it was this good. Hanna has a band called Hanna & Andrea and is pretty good. I recommend all of you to check her all out! X

The next thing I wanted to talk to you all about is Sweden. I LOVE Sweden, it's a beautiful place, a beautiful area and its where I would like to visit next. I think last year, my visit was to Brighton and we stayed there for 2 weeks or something and it was awesome. I've seen Sweden's colourful cobbled streets and beautiful evening landscapes that have caught my eye. It's such a cute, romantic and dreamy place to visit! 

One day when we are WAY older me and Param are going to visit Sweden together and hopefully see a Zara Larsson concert together, if she is up for the challenge!
